1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Colorê application ("App"), developed by Colorê App Team ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App is intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian accepts these Terms on behalf of the child.

2. Description of Service

Colorê is a digital drawing and painting app designed for children. The App provides:

• Drawing tools (pen, brush, eraser, paint bucket)
• Color palette
• Stamps and coloring templates
• Gallery to save and share drawings
• Apple Pencil support

3. Subscription and Payments

Colorê offers a 16-day free trial. After the trial period, a subscription is required to continue using the App.

• Plan: Annual subscription
• Price: USD 0.99 per year (or equivalent in local currency)
• Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews at the end of each period unless cancelled
• Cancellation: Can be done at any time through your Apple ID settings
• Refunds: Subject to Apple's Refund Policy

All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service.

4. Parental Controls

To protect minors, the App includes a parental verification mechanism before any purchase or subscription. Parents and guardians are responsible for:

• Monitoring the child's use of the App
• Configuring purchase restrictions on the device as needed
• Authorizing or denying purchases made by the child

5. User Content

Drawings created in the App belong to the user and are stored locally on the device. We do not collect, store, or access drawings on our servers.

When sharing a drawing through the App's features, you are solely responsible for the shared content.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to access, modify, or reverse-engineer the App's code
• Remove copyright notices or trademarks from the App
• Use the App in a way that harms other users or third parties
• Create offensive, violent, or age-inappropriate content

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved by Colorê App Team.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or will meet all your needs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Brazil.
